A deposit is request to secure your spot at any of our retreat, the deposit is non refundable. You can choose a payment plan to spread the fees over a couple of month
We reserve the right to refuse or modify bookings at our discretion
Cancellation mus be made 45 days prior the retreat
Our retreat package does not include airfare and transportation to Lombok, please secure your spot with us before booking any flights as our spots are limited
Any transfer fees from the guest bank is the responsibility of the guest
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any necessary vaccinations or health certificates required for entry into the destination
A vaccin card of proof of vaccination is still required to enter Indonesia
A Visa On Arrival is required to enter Indonesia
A valid return ticket to your home country or elsewhere
PARTICIPANT RESPONSABILITY
Participants are expected to adhere to safety guidelines, follow instructions from the retreat organizers and instructors, and act responsibly during activities. Any damage caused to property or equipment due to negligence may result in additional charges.
INSURANCE
We strongly recommended for participants to have travel insurance that covers activities such as surfing, medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal liability.
FORCE MAJEUR
Unforeseen circumstances or events beyond the control of the retreat organizers, such as natural disasters or political unrest, may result in changes or cancellations.
