Arriving at Porter Hotel Lombok is a breeze, whether you're traveling from Bali or Jakarta. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to reach us:

1. From BALI to LOMBOK ( without surfboard ) : Board a domestic flight from Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali to Lombok International Airport. Several airlines operates daily flights between these destinations offering a convenient and short journey

Upon arrival at Lombok Airport, we will organise a driver that you can pre book in the ADD ONS

2. From JAKARTA to LOMBOK ( with surfboard ) : Taker a Garuda flight from Jakarta, the best company to bring your own surfboard

3. SEA OPTION : If you prefer an adventurous journey, you can take a fast boat from Padang Bai Bali to Lombok. Then from the harbour a private driver to Porter Hotel

A passport valid for more a minimum of 6 months is required to travel internationally

To enter Indonesia, a COVID-19 vaccination card or proof of vaccination is currently required. Please note that entry requirements and regulations change regularly, so it's important to stay updated and refer to official sources or consult with relevant authorities before your travel.

We request that all participants have a valid travel insurance that covers activities such as surfing and any potential emergencies or unforeseen circumstances during the retreat. It is important to review your insurance policy to ensure it provides adequate coverage. Book your insurance on the same date of the retreat booking, in case of a last minute cancellation.

In Indonesia, the standard plug type is Type C and Type F. Type C plugs have two round pins, while Type F plugs have two round pins with two earth clips on the side. Depending on your home country's plug type, you may need a travel adapter to use your electronic devices in Indonesia. It is recommended to bring a universal travel adapter that can accommodate various plug types to ensure compatibility with Indonesian power outlets.

Yes we have great longboard for rent, we recommend you to bring your own but if it is really not possible for you do not worry ! Just add the longboard rental at check out.

For our MENTAWAI RETREAT, we welcome intermediates to advanced surfers

Our surf retreat in Lombok and Mentawai is open to both men and women, providing a welcoming and inclusive experience for all. Join us in this exciting adventure where individuals of any gender can come together to enjoy the surf, explore the beauty of Lombok, and create lasting memories.

On the first day we will meet at Porter Hotel at 2pm for welcoming drinks and introduction, followed by a nice sunset and dinner. On the last day we will have breakfast together and sadly say goodbye after a week of pure happiness.

Our surf retreat is all inclusive ! The package includes accommodation, surf lessons or guided sessions, daily meals, and additional activities such as yoga , sound healing sessions, cultural workshops, and excursions to explore the beauty of Lombok.

To ensure a personalized experience, we keep our group sizes small. This allows our instructors to provide individual attention and tailor their guidance to each participant's needs. The group size typically ranges from 8 to 10 participants.

Participants must be at least 18 years old to join our surf retreat. However, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, so feel free to reach out to us for further inquiries.

We are staying at Porter Hotel Kuta Lombok, we will meet there on the first day of the retreat at 2 pm for introduction and welcoming drinks.

Simply choose the experience that you wish to join and check out with a payment plan or a simple deposit.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, but please note that our retreat bookings are non-refundable. This policy allows us to maintain the integrity and quality of our services, ensuring that we can provide the best possible experience for all participants.

We keep the right to adapt this request to each guest and situation. Any request exchange must be done minimum 45 days prior to the retreat, has to be exchange for a retreat within a period of 6 months.
